As well as the Lygon Street Festa and the Waterfront Festival, Kris spent two years as the director of the Williamstown Festival. An oasis of a small town just ten minutes from the city and on the riverfront, Williamstown invests a great deal in the quality of life of its conctinuents, including funding this fantastic cultural event.

Kris directed the festival and managed its production staff, programming a a series of events at Williamstown, including outdoor concerts and stages, parades, gallery events and a number of other exciting cultural activities.
